About Me
I grew up in Pensacola, Florida and graduated from Emory University in Atlanta,
Georgia. Over the years, I have lived in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Chicago and Los
Angeles.
I have been in the wedding consultation business in the Vail Valley since
1999 when we moved here from LA. While in LA, I was with Williams-Sonoma as
a store manager, and with Whole Foods Market as Food Service Director. I have
an extensive background in food and beverage, and thus, I love to be involved
in the menu and wine selections for my weddings. I am also a frustrated florist
and take great pleasure in working with my brides on the design/floral aspects
of the wedding.
I have four fabulous children, one of whom was married last May
on a beach in the Bahamas! My clients have teased me that there was some poetic
justice
in there somewhere.
I am assisted with almost every wedding by Kay Schneider.
She is a long time local and has extensive experience in events in her “day job” with
The Club at Cordillera.
